Candidates applying for Diploma Trainee posts must have a full-time three-year diploma in relevant engineering disciplines such as Electrical, Civil, or Survey from a recognised institute.For Junior Officer Trainee (HR), candidates must hold a graduate degree such as Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Bachelor of Business Management (BBM), or equivalent qualification.For Junior Officer Trainee (Finance and Accounts), candidates should have Intermediate Chartered Accountant (CA) or Intermediate Cost and Management Accountant (CMA) qualification.For Junior Technician Trainee (Survey), candidates must have a two-year Industrial Training Institute (ITI) certificate in Surveyor trade.
