The National Testing Agency has conducted the NEET UG 2026 exam on May 3 across 551 cities in India and 14 cities abroad, covering more than 5,432 centres. As per official data, around 22.79 lakh candidates had registered for the exam this year.After the exams, NTA is expected to release the NEET UG 2026 provisional answer key on its official website in the coming days. However, no exact date has been announced yet. Going by previous years, the answer key is usually released around a month after the exam, along with candidates’ recorded responses. This allows students to check their answers and estimate their probable scores.After the provisional answer key is released, candidates will be given a chance to raise objections.
